Ipersonally prefer "TuneUp Utilities 2009" but it is not compatible with Windows 7.
This is almost as good.
This has many useful tools andutilities that are almost necessary for a speedy and well maintained Windows 7.
Be careful when altering or modifying the Registry.. only do it if you knowwhat you are doing especially with these types of "Utility Programs"… I personally would not touch the Registry due to past experience..
